What You Are Buying

piss-away.lol sells one thing: a placement. Your handle or website appears on the front-page door for up to 24 hours, and you get a permanent champion page. That is the entire product. There is no prize, no contest, no sweepstakes, no pot, and nothing is won. You are not purchasing advertising, promotion, traffic, or any measurable outcome.

Payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. All purchases are non-refundable, with one exception: if your payment loses a race for the seat (someone else's payment landed first), it is refunded automatically and in full. A refund or chargeback for any other reason voids your placement.

Self-Nomination Only

You may only submit your own handle or your own website. Impersonating a person, brand, or organisation gets your placement voided — refunded or not, at our discretion.

Content Rules

No illegal content, harassment, hate speech, or spam. No chat or invite links (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, etc.) and no link shorteners. One-liners are screened and render only once cleared. We may remove any entry at our discretion.

Links

All outbound links are rel="sponsored nofollow". Tracking parameters are stripped. We make no guarantees about traffic, clicks, or visibility.

Availability

We provide the service as-is with no uptime guarantees. The site may go down, break, or shut down permanently at any time.

Data

We collect only what you submit: handle, website, one-liner, and payment details handled by Dodo Payments. What you submit is displayed publicly and listed in a public ledger. We do not sell your data.

Liability

You use this site at your own risk. We are not liable for lost money, missed opportunities, or hurt feelings. This is a joke website about wasting money — that is the joke, and you are in on it.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to pay. By paying, you confirm the handle or website you submit is your own and that you understand you are buying a placement and nothing else. The placement is delivered immediately, and by completing checkout you agree to these terms and consent to that immediate delivery.

Privacy

We store only what you submit — your handle, website, and one-liner — which are shown publicly and listed in the public ledger. Payment and billing details are collected and processed by Dodo Payments under their own privacy policy; we never see your card number. We do not sell your data. See the FAQ for what you do and don't get.

Contact & Disputes

Questions, takedown requests (for example, someone using your name), and payment disputes: email support@piss-away.lol. If two people pay for the same seat at once, the loser is refunded automatically — you don't need to contact us for that.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record for the transaction and their terms also apply to the payment itself.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
